“Virginia based duo, Clipse who have achieved platinum success with their 2002 LP release “Lord Willin” and critical acclaim with their 2006 release “Hell Hath no Fury” are now taking their penchant for trendsetting from the mic booth to the boutique.Friday, November 21st, the sibling wordsmiths release their line of apparel Play Cloths to select retailers worldwide.”
…I haven’t really shared my fashion “expertise” with you all too much over the course of the last two years (that may be a good thing, depending on whom you ask). However, thanks to my homie Derek @ Politics who laced me with some of the finest threads and upped my sneaker game a few bars as wel, I’m “jet set”l. Over the last year, I’ve been a HUGE fan of labels like 9Grand and Crooks & Castles…but, the Clipse’ newest clothing line “Play Cloths” has dropped some of the highest quality tees and freshest denim that I’ve worn in quite a few years..possibly ever! The tees, with their unique (not over the top) logo are crazy comfy. And the denim? CLASSIC!!! Do yourself a favor and get em’ while they’re in-store, good luck finding them anywhere else. And yes, Politics will do phone orders.
Fundament f. Muneshine “Killin’ Me”
In what is quite possibly my favorite joint out right now, Fundament connects with fellow “Canuck” Muneshine for an airy masterpiece that has been murdering my Ipod over the last week and a half. More to come from this duo, as they both make notable cameos on the SneakerPolitics/WhenTheyReminicse “Preservation” mixtape dropping in mid-December.
