Shouts to DJ EROK for the dope visuals

Also, from my man, HAMZA21 who had this to offer after our visuals for part I of AFTA1′s “sessions”, anyone else care to discuss?

“Where’s the funk? Where’s the groove? Where’s that special something that makes your head nod like the Boom Bap does?

This style seems to be rage for now but in few years, I give it two more years, most will leave this and return to the Boom Bap or incorporate more BB into their style like Dela”.

This beat is way better than the first vid and why? Because of the Boom Bap drums! Still I didn’t like that edm sounding early 80′s snyth sound he layed over beat. As you guessed I’m totally against adding EDM sounds to Hip Hop for musically and cultural reasons. Ravers made it pretty clear in late 80′s and early 90′s that they wanted nothing to do with Hip Hop. Now you see those too young to remember those times or the battles fought adding an EDM sound to Hip Hop. Totally betraying those who stood up against the ravers and their bullsh*t tactics.

btw, those two videos were recorded at DJ Gabe Real’s studio in Pomona (
