Bandcamp’s Best Of The Week 10/29

Bandcamp's Best of the week

Slap Ragz Hip-Hop

CientifiQ hit the crates for the classic rugged boom bap sound and provided the perfect bangers for Crew54 to smash. This is the first Crew54 project produced entirely by one beat smith and you can hear how well they meshed.  I really lucked out that Trav sent this over to me before hording it himself.  So big ups to Crew54 and CientifiQ for nabbing the number 1 spot this week.

My Pick:

The Front Porch Poets are at it again, as i previously mentioned a few days ago HERE, The Front Porch Poets have now officially released their 2nd album of the trilogy called “Off The Record”.  This album is all remixes of their first release “For The Record” which is also a free download from their bandcamp. be on the lookout for the third album in the Trilogy

My Pick:

John Crown Hip-HopJohn Crown’s debut, “Before I Wake You Up” is a raw, honest depiction of life as we know it. Behind the soulful but rugged backdrops from DJ Semaj, Enstrumental, TrussOne and Xplicit, John Crown’s “blue collar” approach and vivid storytelling are on heavy display throughout the EP. Nothing like 3 Free Downloads to start the weekend right

My Pick:

I would like to thank everyone who submits bandcamp links and encourage them to continue to do so.
